You can see how many houses have sold and at what prices in your area of interest. You can see how many houses are on the market, and how long they have been on the market. You can even map where they are. Scroll to the bottom of my "bullet points" and press the "Market Snapshot" link below. It will bring up a simple form to fill in what area you are curious about. - I have always been very interested in real estate and computers. Being Sharon's personal assistant allows me to be involved with both, and to give our clients "two for the price of one." I am the "techie" behind the scenes.
- Photography is another interest of mine, and I am enjoying photographing Sharon's listings to best display them on the Internet for possible buyers. We are very proud of our "Virtual Tours" on the "My Listings" tab. (Press the video camera on any listing with a tour).
- I am very involved with Rotary, Navy League, Naval Academy Alumni Associations (Past President of all three), my work and our church. We like to help people I know from all those relationships.
- My hobbies are travel, kayaking, golf, and swimming (especailly with dolphins). We mix business with pleasure. We love our "children" and eight grandchildren. Our family is very special to us.
