Ed has been a licensed agent since 1989, selling both commercial and residential properties in RI and CT as well as leasing and managing properties.  He has a bachelor's degree from Salve Regina. He has consistently been recognized as a top producer and is active in volunteer work throughout the community previously serving as a chairperson of the Westerly Community Credit Union Supervisory Committee, chairperson of the Dunns Corners Fire District Board of Budget and Finance and moderator of the United Congregational Church of Westerly.

Andy is a licensed real estate agent in both RI and CT.  He has his bachelor's degree in business administration  from Nichols College accompanied by 16 years of business management experience, which includes negotiating contracts and company relocations.  He has volunteered coaching Westerly Youth Soccer, has been a member of the Dunns Corners School Site Council as a business representative and was member of the Weterly Pee Wee Football Coaching Staff.  He is active with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, organizing a number of charitable events.

Pam is a licensed real estate agent in both RI and CT.  She has been a full time agent for the past 5 years.  She has acheived a high volume of closed transactions.  As a native to this area she has wonderful knowledge of the area and what it has to offer.  Her market knowledge and dedication makes her a valuable member of the Schilke Team.

Dulcie works in the capacity of a virtual assistant, supplying administrative support from a remote office.  Dulcie has her bachelor's degree in business administration has worked in the real estate field in both RI and CT for 15 years.
