Patrice Fenton and Sheil Team Win for Sales Volume
Charlestown, RI – March 19, 2019 – Randall, Realtors, recently presented Patrice Fenton of Charlestown, its prestigious “Top Volume Sold” award during its annual award ceremony held recently at Latitude 41 Restaurant in Mystic. In addition to Fenton, The Sheil Realty Team, John and Johnny Sheil, of South Kingstown, earned the “Top Volume Sold” team award.

Fenton has proved to be one of the top producers for the last four years throughout the entire company, and it’s her love of the community that breeds her passion for the job. “I have seen firsthand how special it is to have a beach house, where friends and family can gather to build strong bonds, and the fun atmosphere it provides for all ages. I am thrilled to help make that dream come true for our clients,” she said. Fenton was also a Diamond Award winner, given to those with a sales volume greater than $9 million.
“John and Johnny Sheil are a dynamic father/son duo,” said Kristen Lenzer-Holloway, South Kingstown Branch Manager. “Their knowledge, guidance, and integrity shine through during every transaction.” The Sheil Realty Team was also presented with the Randall, Realtors Chairman’s Award, given to those with a sale volume greater than $15 million. Individually, Johnny Sheil was named a Rookie of the Year, along with Geoffrey Gordon of the Mystic Office.

A number of additional awards were presented at the ceremony, most notably the “Community Spirit” award, which was presented to Chris Randall of Charlestown. Chris sits on the board of the Salt Ponds Coalition, Arcadia YMCA, and the Charlestown Chamber of Commerce, and is also is a member of the Westerly Lions Club, major gifts campaign fundraiser for the Ocean Community YMCA, a volunteer at the Charlestown Seafood Festival, and supporter of many other local charities.
Kevin McCauley, also of the Charlestown office, was presented with the “Company Spirit” award, given to an employee who most represented Randall, Realtors core values. “Kevin's natural enthusiasm has permeated the office,” said Cecile Cohen, Charlestown office manager. “His sunny disposition brings smiles to everyone’s faces, and he continually assists his fellow agents at all times with anything they might need - from help with a listing or sale, getting a house ready for listing. He is the ultimate cheerleader for Randall, Realtors.”
