Groton, CT – May 17, 2019 – Randall, Realtors, part of The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists, announces the sale of 99 Atlantic Avenue in Groton’s Long Point for $1,661,000. The sale price is the second-largest of 2019 throughout New London County, according to data from the Connecticut Statewide Multiple Listing Service (CTMLS). Melinda Carlisle of Randall, Realtors was the listing agent for the transaction, which closed on May 3rd. Carlisle was also the listing agent on the highest-priced sale in New London County in 2019, a $2.6 million private home on Mason’s Island in Mystic.

Located on Groton’s prestigious Long Point, this waterfront home features a deep water dock for two boats, and 360 degree water views. At nearly 4,000 sq. feet, it has a main level library which opens to a waterfront deck, a master suite with bath and fireplace, and a delightful skydeck with some of the best views in Groton Long Point.

“This home is actually built on three original Groton Long Point lots,” said Carlisle. “So it offers maximum privacy and minimal traffic.”
