There are some oceanfront properties on Ocean Avenue, Percy Lane, and Beach Row, as well. Beach Row and Percy Lane are part of a gated community on the water.
Every street in Jerusalem is within walking distance of the waterfront and marina, which is a bonus because you won't have to worry about parking.

It only takes about ten minutes to drive into Wakefield, so you're never far from grocery stores, dining, nightlife, and retail shops.
It's also worth noting that most services, including police and fire, are provided by South Kingstown, despite this village being part of Narragansett.
